This was heartbreaking and heartwarming all at once. My heart is a melting pile of rubble.
Wow just wow. I read this book in one day. I could not put it down! I stayed up until I finished it. This follows a half black half Asian 18 year old girl named Madeline. She has SCID an autoimmune disease which pretty much makes her allergic to everything. She can never leave her house which acts as a "bubble" to protect her. I flew through this book. It was super cute and I loved how it included illustrations that brought more to the story. However, the latter part of the book felt predictable and I smelled a bit of instalove (My reason for taking a .5 off). Other than that, I thought this book was good!

Omg this book was fantastic!!! It was a perfect YA novel that just broke my heart and I loved every second of this book. The author has put this story together so well!!! Loved it
A very surprising read, contemporary isn't usually my thing but it was very cute and heartwarming.
