OMG I adored this book. It was so sweet and lovely and just fab, and Holy crap I did not see that twist coming. It is just such a moving and beautiful book and the drawings make this book even more charming they are such a lovely touch. I totally loved Maddy she's such a wonderful strong minded character. It's really rare to find a book that leaves you totally stunned and just totally satisfied with the outcome. After finishing this I just sat back and thought wow, amazing.

I can't stress how mu

3.5 - 4.2 stars.

I know, I know. The rating is ambiguous but I just don't know how I feel about this book. Everyone over-hyped it up. I just, I don't know.

The story wasn't bad, per say, but I don't think it was good either. I enjoyed it! A lot! I mean, I rate it highly in the sense of characters, plotline, etcs. I just...can't really put my finger on it as to why I didn't love like everyone else seems to?

I liked, to the point that I may have gotten really emotional, how Maddy wasn't a white,

“Maybe there’s a version of your life for all the choices you make and all the choices you don’t.”

Maddy is allergic to the world. At eighteen, she’s – quite literally – never left home. Her life revolves around books, making architectural models, the internet, her nurse Carla and her mum. Then, a family moves into the previously-empty house next door and Maddy meets Olly. Olly likes parkour and limericks, he dresses head to toe in black clothes and he doesn’t care for the fact that his dad is a

This book is very fast read. At times i felt the drawings were not necessary to the story but made the book read faster. Its about a 17 year old girl who is allergic to everything and lives trapped in her house. One day a boy moves in next door and her life changes. Did not see the twist at the end. Great enjoyable read.

5/5 Stars, this review will contain spoilers.
There aren't enough words to express how much I adored this book. I had heard nothing but good things about it but never imagined it was this good. I loved Maddy's character, her acceptance of the life she leads up until she meets Olly, then her determination to experience something she was denied her entire life. I loved the random illustrations throughout it makes you realise that despite being 18 she was also so young at heart.

I think Everything,

I loved this book from beginning to end. It was a wonderful story about a girl trying to live her life as best she can whilst being unable to leave her hermetically sealed house. Madeline is allergic to everything and cannot leave the safety of her home. Then a boy moves in next door and she wonders if what she has been ding to the last 18 years actually qualifies as living. I loved how much Maddy changed throughout the story. The writing was beautiful and how the descriptions of Maddy experienc ...more
