Another fantastic addition to the Throne of Glass series. I love seeing how the series continues to develop and change over the course of the four books, and I'm sure that will continue in the final two. I'd say this is my favourite of the series so far: there's so much more depth in terms of world-building than there was in the first book, and Maas' writing style had definitely improved since her début. 5 stars.
I just can't. The ending of this book is so hopeful it makes me so emo. Also so many moments in this where I was tearing up because of characters sacrifices or just moments of relationship growth between characters. I love Dorian so much but he breaks my heart every time he says anything I swear.

So much happens in this book and it was all just so amazing, epic and emotional.

It still amazes me that this book was able to change my opinion on a few of the characters from earlier on in the series. Once my mind is made up it takes a hell of a lot and some damn good writing to convince my stubborn mind otherwise.

Loving this series re-read so much!

This book was so, so amazing! I loved how the plot progressed. So many plot twists and reveals! I especially loved seeing how details and events from the previous books come together in this one.

The transformations of some of the characters were phenomenal. I still marvel at how SJM was able to turn one of my previously most hated characters into one of my favourites. A second character also had the potential to become another beloved character (if she had survived).

I loved re-reading this so much! One of my favourite parts has always been the way characters from previous books are brought back in a way that brings so many plot threads together. Some of the character transformations that we see in QoS are so well done and are another part of what makes me love this book so much.
