Overall, most people in the group struggled to enjoy this book.
Although it was agreed that interesting themes were explored, including the theme of trespass in a personal sense, it was generally agreed that the characters were difficult to empathise with and only a couple of members said they would recommend the book to a friend.

I didn't like this book but did finish it purely because I was intrigued by the plot.
