What Members Thought
This book has been on my tbr pile since it pubbed. Mother-daughter relationships can be complicated. Are they more fraught when the mother is rich or brilliant? I enjoyed this intriguing verse novel, but I'm an adult who was familiar with all three figures. I can't help but wonder who the audience is? I will keep my eyes peeled for that special middle school reader.
