What Members Thought

This was a book I had to stick with, hoping it would get better. I'll admit (shamefacedly) that I was as annoyed and frustrated with Charlie as his family. Like the other kids in the family, I didn't understand or trust Ludmilla. But what a wallop, when, like them, I learned her truth.

So lovely. So much heart and hope and keen observations. I sobbed at the end partly because of the sweet ending itself and partly because it was over.
