What Members Thought

I enjoyed this book tremendously. It felt like reading an episode of Radiolab or 99% Invisible. I am a big fan of visual writing, and this book is kind of like a cross between Austin Kleon and Alain de Botton. It's kind of a mix of philosophy with personal meditations on the process or reading. Mendelsund had so many interesting observations, and I was interested in what he had to say through the entire book (even though I've never read Ulysses, Anna Karenina, or To the Lighthouse).
