This was a buddy read with @bobosbookbank and @cjrb_tbb and that combined with my special edition from Illumicrate was the kick I needed to finally read that fabulous story!

Originally, I wasn't super into this book. It took me a chapter or two to really get into it, but when I did, I was hooked. I thought the writing was a little much at first. As in, I thought the author was trying too hard with their descriptions. Then I kept reading, and before I knew it, I had been drawn into the story and didn't really want to put the book down.
