After reading this book last year, these novellas brought back so many memories and emotions.
The Favorite, The Guard, and The Maid were my favorite novellas.
The Favorite, I think was unique- we understood Marlee and Carter's relationship first hand. The Caning in Marlee's point of view was so beautifully written.
In The Guard, I understood and was awed by Aspen's passion.
The Maid was just so cute!
