As I was gearing myself up to start Six of Crows, all I could think was: is this book going to be the new The Lies of Locke Lamora? As anyone who knows me can tell you, I love love LOVE The Lies of Locke Lamora. A new drug, Jurda Parem, appeared in Ketterdam, which allows a Grisha to have insane powers. The Fjerdan witch hunters have the maker of this drug and Kaz and his crew have been hired to break him out before someone else gets their hands on him.

OK so I am torn on how to review this, I know that you all have read SO many reviews for Six of Crows and even several for Crooked Kingdom, but I just have to give a few insights on how much I LOVED this book!
The characters were so AMAZING! Each one was so different and they each brought something so important to the story!
A convict with a thirst for revenge
A sharpshooter who can’t walk away from a wager
A runaway with a privileged past

Great, fun read. More like 4.5 stars than 4. Loved the characters. Can't wait for the sequel.
