This is definitely a part one story, not a whole book on its own. I know, with that number of pages it seems unlikely, but it’s very much the start and middle of a story. To top it off, it’s light on plot and nothing really happens…
But I enjoyed it. Idk if listening to the audio with their Irish accents made a difference vs actually slogging through all these pages, but it was compelling and I finished it off fairly quickly.

This book had a way of connecting you with the characters. By the end of it I wanted to know what happens next.
However, this book is targeted at a YA audience and that is present in the writing style. The main character is a 15 year old girl after all.

This was an incredible read. Thank you to my best friend, Sharon J, for recommending this book to me. This is the first book of the Boys of Tommen series. This was a slow-burn romance story. I loved the book, but I do understand why it is not the most popular book. However, I loved it because of the characters and the way their friendship turned from trusting one another to becoming more than friends.
