OMWord, I at one point hated this book. Then something would FINALLY happen and I would like it. The biggest problem with this book is it was over 600 pages and it easily could have been 300 pages. It took 3 to 4 pages in each chapter repeating themselves. I liked Johnny just fine. I liked his protective nature over Shannon.

Shannon however had a tendency to get on my nerves but I understand why. I know she was tormented most of her life with bullies at her school so bad she was hospitalized from ...more

I would say this is kind of like an Irish Twilight where instead of vampires we have Rugby players. It was a bit too juvenile for me at this stage in my reading journey but I can see the addictive quality this drama filled world the author has created could have.
