This was a really thrilling read and I really enjoyed it. The mystery surrounds three sisters who are hiding a whole lot of secrets about the night their parents were murdered. After MC (middle sister) and her husband need a place to live and return to her vacant childhood home which opens a can of worms and brings the past right to the forefront of their lives. Emma has shouldered a lot of the blame for the past and even changed overnight after the traumatic events have her becoming a whole new

I found this mystery to be really good and I liked reading about the three sisters, Emma, Juliette, and Daphne. Their parents were murdered fourteen years previous to the start of the novel. The girls haven't talked in those years, so when I read it I thought it was a sibling rivalry or something, but as it turns out the know things that "no one can know." I don't want to say why they didn't talk, but at one point they all decided to meet together at the house their parents were killed in and di

Kate Alice Marshall's "No One Can Know" is an atmospheric and gripping novel that unfolds with masterful suspense. Set against a backdrop of mystery and dark secrets, Marshall crafts a tale that keeps you on the edge of your seat from beginning to end. The characters are intricately developed, each harboring secrets that add layers to the intricate plot. The author's descriptive prose creates a haunting atmosphere, immersing readers in the chilling world she has created. As the story unravels, u

This is more a 3.5/4 for me. I previously read What Lies In The Woods back in March and enjoyed it quite a lot, so I chose this early release as my BotM for December. While I don't think this story was quite as good as WLITW was, it was still good enough that I started it this afternoon and finished it before midnight. I've been sick with a really crummy virus for four days now, and reading has been about the only thing keeping me sane.

Years after their parents’ murder, sisters Emma, Juliet, and Dafny return to the house they vowed never to enter again. Emma needs a fresh start — but the past won’t stay buried.
Each sister remembers that night differently. Each is hiding something. As long-buried secrets surface, so does one chilling question: what if the killer was one of them?
A twisty fun read!
