This was recommended by one of the ladies at the library in which I like to talk books with. It was cute. I do think it could have been a little better for me if it hadn’t tried to beat me over the head with its message. I liked the characters and I’m always a sucker for grumpy man. Probably because I’m married to one 😂 I didn’t quite see the romance between Meeka and Jamie though. I liked all of the supporting characters. This book was delightful. It was such a sweet happy fun ride. It's far from the best book I've ever read but I can happily say I spent most the book smiling and kicking my feet because it's just sweet and fun. The cover has a line about it feeling like a hug it does kind of feel like a hug in book form.
