What Members Thought

3.5 rounded down!
“It stops here. With me and you. It ends with us.”
Lily is a successful business owner in Boston when she starts a whirlwind of a relationship with, Ryle, a handsome neurosurgeon who is usually "anti-relationship". Lily, however, becomes his exception. Their relationship progresses quickly and the feelings are intense. Both have trauma in their pasts that comes to light after Lily runs into her first love, Atlas, and starts to remember some of her past with him.

Reread in 2025
This book honestly gets better each time I read it. I’m almost inclined to give it 5 stars. It’s amazing to me people like it less when they reread it but to each their own. It makes wonder if they didn’t jump on the CoHo hate bandwagon.

When I read this in 2017, I rated it 3 stars…now, 5 years later I decided to reread so I could read the sequel and I’m adding a star. I enjoyed it more the second time around.
