Absolutely heart-wrenching emotional roller coaster ride.
RYLE IS A WALKING RED FLAG. THERE I SAID IT.
How can anyone even justify his actions? And how easy it is to NOT push your wife down the stairs? Man needs fucking therapy!!!
"where did you get the magnet, lily?" This scene had me bawling my eyes out, I couldn't stop reading but I couldn't even go on, it was brutal and I cried for Lily. Lily deserved so so so much better.

I've been consciously avoiding CoHo books, cause somehow I got it it in my head that these just weren't for me.
Well, I couldn't be more wrong.
So glad I started with this one. What a journey! Had to finish all of it in one sitting. And I regret nothing!
I wish I could stay up more and micro-analyze all the little and the big things I loved about this book. All the subtle and the bold touches that made it so real. That's it, all of it's real. Just plain, raw, hard truths. Naked truths, indeed.
