when hannah gets trapped in a snow storm during her research, she’s sure it’ll be a long time before she’s rescued…until ian, who she’s sure hated her, shows up.

i feel like this one was the nerdiest of the novellas which i liked lol.

i loved the representation of both someone who isn’t naturally gifted but worked really hard because of how passionate she was and someone who skipped grades in school and was socially awkward but also didn’t lord his intelligence over people. hannah also had a lot o ...more

The 3 novellas are basically the same story with slightly different characters in different situations. even physically the characters are very similars. That doesn't mean they are not enjoyable. There were all nice quick read/listen. Also all 3 novellas have the same time structure.

I will read her next novel, but I hope it will be different than these. ...more

It can’t just be me that noticed that every male in this series is the exact same person, with a different name and descriptors. Except the D. That is always enormous and hard to fit and we never think about condoms or STIs. None of them know how to use their words and are secretly pining and the female MCs hates them while fighting her attraction, and he secretly loved her all along. They got every formulaic reading these all at once too.

Why I Decided to Read This:
I really enjoyed the first two books in the series, so I was really excited to read Hannah's book.

Plot:
Ian and Hannah meet five years ago and hit it off, but Hannah is emotionally unavailable for a relationship. When they see each other years later at NASA, there is still a connection, but something happens where Hannah hates Ian. The NASA talk in this book was a bit too much for me. I liked the story, but it was heavily technical which I didn’t love. However it was only sort of steamy, but full of drama so I was here for it!
