A fun graphic novel about a villain and his sidekick who turns out to be a little more villainous than he was expecting! The story line and the drawings are fairly basic and straightforward; however, I appreciated that because some sci-fi graphic novels can be a bit too convoluted for my liking.

4 out of 5 stars.

My first graphic novel, purchased and read. I enjoyed the artwork and the clever dialogue. The quality of the book, print and whatnot was impressive also. An enjoyable read about a shapeshifter who wants to be a sidekick to someone who doesn't need or want one. Turns out, he helps her just as much if not more than she helps him. The ending was very cute.

I liked this, and I think it had a lot of potential, but there were parts that I didn't think were necessary. There were also some parts that I thought could stand with a little more detail or explanation. All in all, a decent story, and my first real graphic novel, so I'm still happy to have read it. ...more
