After all the waiting I did, I am very underwhelmed by this book. Maybe I need to reread it with my eyes.
The world building in this was intricate and interesting, until that vast amounts of queerphobia, misogyny and sexism entered the field. Like do we have to have every fantasy book stuck in the medieval times?? Can't there be some other sort of challenge besides the same old shit?
