I read this when I was a kid, but I hardly remembered a damn thing from it. When I picked it up I tried to remember what had happened, but all I could remember is that it was about racism. I'm glad I read it again, if only so now I know what it was about. I liked Atticus's line about how things like this happen all the time, and it seems like only children get upset. As a modern classic, you all hardly need a synopsis as many of you will have read this in your school career. I however, did not.
