This was SO good OMG! I could not pause it and I got upset whenever I was made to pause it. Chosen One trope-but not, Possible love triangle-but not, Crazy twist toward the end that I did not see coming and made me say "WTF???" In my head.

I loved the world-building, characters, unique plot points and progression, etc. I see a lot of reader complaints of pacing. I actually didn't mind and I was thankful for the slower parts so I could learn more about the world, characters, etc. Even at the "slo

I received an advance copy of The Infinity Courts from Simon & Schuster Canada via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I cannot lie: I expected more from The Infinity Courts. Yes, the writing of emotions is as heartbreaking and raw as in Starfish, and it discusses so many powerful social themes and moral questions (e.g., eradication of the Other), but I found it so repetitive (Nami keeps asking herself and talking about the same thing over and over again; no conclusions, just lots of non-stop thinking about the same).

I still think I will read the sequel, but I'm not rushing into it.
