I just finished rereading this with my 7th grader. We read the first book for school and then she wanted to read this one because the first one was so good. I read this probably 15 years ago and it was just as good the second time. The character growth is there with all of the main characters. Of course things escalate in a big way with this book between the capital and the districts. The first time I read them the first book was my favorite but this second time I think I may l ...more
