Shelves: warning-sex-scenes, retelling

I don't hate this book, that's for sure
I don't know a lot about of The Arabian Nights/1001 Nights, clearly
I don't have the best knowledge of the situation in Khorasan with all its politics and intrigue,
yeah right.
But PLEASE...!!!
Is that the best reason for Khalid to continuously KILL one bride before dawn?
THE CURSE??!!

What Khalid or his wazir or whatsoever decided to do, this only makes Khalid a STUPID king. And even worse, a COWARD one.

Saya suka novel ini, walaupun kalau diamati, novel ini dipenuhi karakter-karakter yang umum dijumpai di novel young adult: cewek-pemberani-yang-dipenuhi-dendam (Shazi), cowok-ganteng-misterius (Khalid), prince-charming-bahkan-dengan-kuda-dan-elang (Tariq), dan para sidekick (Rahim dan Despina). Terlepas dari itu, karakter di novel tetep menyenangkan untuk diikuti.
