Force of Nature is a true romance lover book. Meaning it’s got everything you would want. Grouping storyline, stubborn and brave heroine and an romantic alpha that doesn’t back down from anything.

The suspense that keeps you on the age of your seat will have you trying to figure out what is going to happen next. The banter will have you laughing, it’s quick and charming and witty.

Force of Nature has moved to my number one list by S.L. Scott! Her first release in 2019 and she has made it an insta-win in my heart. I have been raving about Force of Nature these last few days and telling everyone that comes near that they need this book in their life. Bennett Everest is tasked with retrieving Winter Nobleman from Paris, in order for her father to sign a multi-million dollar deal with Everest Media. Piece of cake. You’d think. But then he gets to Paris and actually meets Winter, and realizes there’s more going on than he’s been told. Also, he’s immediately attracted t SL Scott manages to take us for an incredible ride once again! With Force of Nature she brings a romantic suspense that will have you on the edge of your seat throughout the book.

But then he gets to Paris and actually meets Winter, and realizes there’s more going on than he’s been told. Also, he’s immediately attracted to and intrigued by her.

At first, the story unfolds as a destination romance, with Winter showing Bennett around Paris. However, there are secrets left unsaid between them, and Winter is hesitant to let Bennett in. And just when it looks like they might actually have a chance at something real, Winter’s situation rears its ugly head and puts her and Bennett in danger.

Back in New York, Winter is easily accepted by Bennett’s brothers and sisters-in-law. She shares what led her to Paris, and a plan is formed to resolve the mess she and Bennett find themselves in. If only things would be this easy. The people responsible for said mess are determined to get their way, and target them in Bennett’s home. This unlocks a chain of events that will ultimately lead Winter to uncover some well-hidden secrets.

The suspenseful mystery is well-wrought and full of surprises. Just when you think you have it figured out, another detail is revealed that throws you for a loop. Through some scenes, my heart was pounding in my throat.

I liked Winter’s character. She’s a bit contradictory, in that she appears carefree and full of joie de vivre, but there’s a darkness in her past that makes her feel guilty and hesitant to open up to Bennett. He, on the other hand, is a knight in shining armor in the form of a handsome business mogul. He is instantly drawn to Winter and wants to protect her so she can blossom. Their conversations are eye opening, and their romantic scenes are definitely swoon-worthy. And aside from the thrill of the conspiracy and the way Bennett will make you feel weak in the knees, there is also some humor and banter in the story.

I have always enjoyed SL Scott's writing and this book is no difference.

It took me a couple of chapter's to get into where I am usually hooked straight away but once I was hooked I was totally hooked.

The chemistry between Bennett and Winter was palpable and off the charts hot and the banter between them is witty and engaging as they cross Paris. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see when they would give into temptation.

Where can I get a Bennett?

So many things to love about this book. The cover, the romance, the thrill, the redemption. This story covers all of those elements and keeps you entertained from beginning to end. Bennett Everest is an amazingly romantic and dedicated book boyfriend. Love how their relationship builds and the desire they have for one another shines through. Another great read by S.L.
