This series gets better with every book! I have been eagerly waiting for Cruise's book. The mysterious man who shows his loyalty through and through even if he has been known to be a bit of a loner.
Clara is a survivor. She has been given the opportunity to start a new life and form new habits that will help her grow from where she was hindered. She is Cruise's redemption in a sense. With her tainted past, he is able to connect with her in a way he has only ever been able to do wit ...more

Sacred was AH-Mazing! I knew I would fall for Cruise and Clara! I was sad to see how much pain he had to endure living in the now, but still haunted from the past. Clara is just as damaged and holds a lot of secrets. What I thought would destroy these two, made them stronger and more honest. Usually when the drama unfolds, hearts are shattered, and the characters are quick to say goodbye. These two fight for each other and that makes Sacred so refreshing.

The characters are profound and mature beyond their young age, tainted by their past and the hell they had to live through.

5+ STARS FOR SACRED!! Another extraordinary story from S.L. Scott!! I absolutely loved this book, it will hit all your emotions buttons and pull on your heartstrings. Cruise is my new book boyfriend, I loved him in The Kingwood Duet, but learning his story engrained him in my heart. Clara is beautiful inside and out, but broken and Cruise is the piece she is missing to make her whole again. This story has sexy times, mystery, suspense, family, love and will have turning pages. S.L. Scott is alwa

When i read Savage, i fell in love with Cruise. By the end of it, I was dying to know more about King's best friend. There was so much mystery to him that had you begging for more and his happy ending. I loved how this story turned out. We got to see Cruise by happy and shake off his past and learn new things about himself. I loved Clara. She was amazing and i couldn't have picked a better girl for Cruise. My heart ached for her and what she went thru in her past. But she moved on and lived her
