The war was waged. The king got his queen, but where did that leave me?

When I thought there was no hope, that suffering this lonely life was my destiny, I saw her. The bubblegum pink skirt caught my attention, but her doe eyes captured my heart. Could she be my SAVIOR?

With her, I don’t have to hide the demons that haunt me, or to relive my darkest days alone.

With me, she’s free to be whoever she wants to be. She’s amazing.

Together, we’re two people clinging to a ray of sunshine that only the o

OMG!!! First King, then Jason, now Cruise. SL Scott has given us three beautifully broken characters that I simply ADORE! Hell King won my heart in The Kingwood Duet. Then Jason came along and took more of it in Solace. Now Cruise he's completely stolen it.

We first get introduced to Cruise in the Kingwood Duet. He is completely loyal to King. He would protect the people he loves with his life. He and King go through a HORRIBLE ordeal. As much as Cruise tries to forget what's happened, it's never

S.L. Scott is a must-read author for me. Her books are always captivating, emotional and such great reads. Sacred was no different! This story had great characters and suspense!

We first met Cruise in Savage and Savior, though this is a complete standalone, and I could not wait to get his story. He was loyal and honest and cared for those he considered family. He deserved his own story because you just know there is so much more to him than what we had seen so far.

Cruise has survived a terrible

There aren't enough words to articulate how much this book effected me. I...just...Cruise and Clara's story is perfection. Once again SL Scott has left me speechless.

Cruise finally gets his story! We first met Cruise in the Kingswood duet. He was Alexander "King" Kingswood's best friend and brother of the heart! Cruise is loyal and has gone through so much to help Alex and we see the type of person that Cruise is. You don't have to read the Kingswood duet to read Cruise's story but you get to see some of his hotness in the duet and plenty more in Sacred.

It's a year after Cruise and Alex have been rescued after their kidnapping and Cruise is still trying to d

I loved the Kindwood duet and knew I NEEDED to read Cruise’s story when it was written. Poor Cruise has been through hell, he’s getting by, but he’s not exactly happy. That is until he meets Clara. He instantly knows she’s the one. Clara has also been through hell, that poor girl. I loved her and felt for her, I’m so happy their paths continued to cross and that they ended up together. I thoroughly enjoyed their story and was happy to see Cruise get his HEA. I was also happy to get a glimpse of ...more

📖🕊🏍Fly Away with Cruise and his Dove🏍🕊📖
I already loved Alexander and his Firefly In Savage/Savior, his Sara Jane. And then Jason went back for his Destiny and Solace in Delilah. Now Scott gives Cruise his Dove...Clara! Cruise was a mystery in the previous books. He was fiercely loyal, but he would kick anyone’s ass that called him King’s sidekick. Brothers, best friends, yes, but he stands on his own. In standing he does find himself alone. Lonely. His friends think he deserves his happiness too

Excellent

Excellent read. Loved these characters. Two people from seriously flawed families trying to live their lives and find a little happy. Cruise and Clara are great together and it's amazing what a small world they find themselves in.

This was my absolute favourite of the 4 books so far in this series. Cruise was always a bit of a mystery in the other books. He was the childhood best friend who would do anything for Alex; a loyal friend to be trusted and treasured, but what did he need for himself, and who would be there for him? When would he put himself and his own needs first.
