Ethan Everest…. alpha billionaire, handsome, captivating and of course a hot commodity with women. Is he your typical charismatic hottie that can capture a woman’s heart with just a wink and smile? Well here’s the thing, he is but he isn’t and that is what I love the most about Ethan Everest.
Ethan knows he’s good looking, but his easy-going nature is what attracted me to him the most. Yes, we get to witness his alpha tendencies and need for control, but he does it in such a way you don’t really ...more

Another Hit by our lovely S.L. Scott! Everest was a great read and had me holding my breath a time or two. I was anxious and possibly cursing when Everest and Singer had lost their moment when they first met. That does not mean that they did not stay forever etched in their hearts. I loved their attraction and chemistry that flowed through the characters.
Everest is a second chance to finally make things right! To see that the world is pretty great when you find someone that is real and beautifu ...more

All the feels - happy and sad - PERFECT!
Everest – S.L. Scott
This story was a real homerun for me. A billionaire meets girl-next-door contemporary romance that made me smile. Made me believe in hope, faith, and genuine kindness. Just an absolutely amazing fairy tale romance that hit all emotion buttons.
Ethan Everest and Singer Davis are a match made in romance novel heaven. From chapter 1, the author has you rooting for them. She delivers a delicious slow-burn to first base and as Ethan rounds th ...more

Can I just say, this is an SL Scott book like you haven’t read before. It’s got the swoonworthy hero and the quirky, independent heroine we know and love, but that’s where familiarity ends.
In this book, there’s a missed connection, and a lot of regret stemming from it. Singer Davis can’t help but remember the almost-kiss she shared with Ethan Everest on Brooklyn fire escape, while Ethan regrets the events that happened after, pulling him away from a girl who intrigued him. After running into eac ...more

*** I was given this book in exchange for an honest review. ***
When I read about this in my inbox of my email from the author, I knew that I have to do this as a read and review. The whole, myth, man, legend part just kind of pulled me in. I mean, that just made me chuckle and want to know more, and then I read the synopsis and I was like 'oh god this is gonna be a heart wringer' and it was. I experienced pretty much all of the emotions that can ever be experienced with this book. This was such ...more
