Cupcakes, books and a swoony boy... the perfect recipe for a great story. I just loved both Charlies, although my love for the male Charlie in this story is far greater than that for his female namesake. At times you just want to shake her. He, on the other hand, is just lovely. He ices her cupcakes (no, that isn't a metaphor)! And what he writes in his novel is just... *sigh* This is a lovely first novel about friends becoming so much more. I highly recommend :)

I love characters that make you want to hug, slap, and hang out with them all at the same time. Both Charlie's are easy to fall in love with, and to get invested enough that you're sad when the story ends. This book made me laugh, cry and want to yell in a couple places. It was beautifully written and kept you wanting more. I look forward to reading more novels from this author! :)

I really enjoyed this book and I’d love to have been able to give it 5 stars, but there were a couple of things that held me back. I’d give it 3.75 and stretch it to a 4.
Let’s first say what’s truly excellent about it: clearly-drawn, complex characters, elegant style, easy dialogue and endearing leads. Wonderful. I will certainly read anything available by this author. There’s a moment in this novel that made me tear up (on behalf of Charlie Adams).

I really enjoyed reading Naturally, Charlie.
Both Charlie's were easy to love, they made me laugh with their banter and cry from their pain.
They connected with each other from the very beginning and when either one was in need for a friend the other was always there.
S.L.Scott has a beautiful way with her words, you will not be disappointed reading this beautiful heartfelt story.
Thank you S.L.Scott for writing, looking forward to reading more from this talented author. ...more
