I really enjoyed the way Lemony Snicket read for Phil. Very fun! He read a lot better for this book than the previous one.

Here, the situation the Baudelaires' were in was getting dire and in some cases, violent. It just shows what things may come in the next few books but still an amazing read.

I actually read this book twice. The first time i started the book started getting really boring to me.
Then 2 years later i re started and finished the book
