It has been 12 years since I've read The Bad Beginning. I have loved this series from the moment I started it, all these 12 years. With Netflix releasing their tv show version of it (which, by the way, is fantastic!) I have had a strong desire to re-read these books.... so I've settled for listening to the audiobooks while processing requests at work.

it's wonderful how Snicket can combine few words become an amazing stories! i am curios how it ends.

This is a good book
Nostalgia. Reading this series again and I notice a lot more elements of literature this time round than I did when I was 9.
