Wow, that was a journey.
City of Glass was amazing, such a major improvement from the first 2 books. There was something enticing about this book while I was reading it - was it Clare's classic series-long mystery that was to be resolved in this book or was it (view spoiler), or was it that this book was just freaking awesome? This book was definitely better than the first two, in terms of plot and character development.

It was pretty obvious in the second book that Clary and Jace weren’t siblings so it was kinda annoying that it took 3 books for them to find out the truth. But I do understand that the idea of them being related was essencial to unravel the whole plot.

The ending was satisfying as well
So I’ll give it a 4 stars
