Absolutely brilliant. The emotional detachment in the narrative voice suits perfectly the sheer scope of events, both personal to the main character, and to the universe itself. The ending caught me by total surprise and was so refreshing to witness.

I'm still boggled with how much storytelling was done with so little words. ...more
