The poetic and fractured structure of this book perfectly fit the important emotional roller coaster narrative that it is. Few words but much is said. And much more between the lines. A great debut.

I just couldn't connect with it, Im not sure if it was because it was written in poetical prose or because each page of the book is a different memory.

On one hand thats creative because you can explore a multitude of themes, but then on the other it makes it feel really fragmented making it hard for me to follow. ...more
