Really enjoyed this. Sometimes the three main characters were waffly and unreliable and I found it difficult to connect with them but I liked the flow of the story in general. Only one thing bothered me and it may seem petty but I couldnt stop thinking about it. WOW. I just finished the last chapter and I can literally feel my heart beating in my chest!! 😮

Just Amazing. The characters, the emotions everything. This book has fighting, high speed chases, spirituality, humour, love, realness, emotion, cliff hangers and then some. Throughout the whole book I kept connecting the story to the experience of black people in today's world and times gone by. After reading the Authors note at the end everything I was thinking was correct!!

I can't wait for part 2 a
