Just wanted to finish something to cheer myself up and well this book was a nice distraction from that anyway this was a fairly quick read a post-apocalyptic world with angels and it's actually a great start to a trilogy well apparently this was meant to be a series of 5 books but it wound up becoming a trilogy instead but anyway there where times where I wound up laughing while reading this and very few books have made me do that so kudos to the author for that.

Well I am in love with this book and Raffe.The all Young family(Penryn her sister and mother) and Raffe totally kick ass characters.

All I can say is that I FREAKIN LOVE THIS BOOK
I don't know exactly what to think of this book…
It is a mixture of fantasy and gore. Definitely not for everyone if you're not into out there things or horror like situations.
I feel it is well written and does make you want to hear more.
