Update: Finished on the train this morning! It was sweet, and I really appreciated the message that Sparks was trying to send (you'll know what I mean if you've read it but I don't want to spoil it for those who haven't!). I feel like I've always understood what he's been saying in the past but this time I feel like it meant something a little more. This is an amazing love story.

To find our ONE true love is something that very few have been blessed with. I related to this story on many levels and fell in love with the characters.

Nicholas Sparks does know how to tell a great story!

This story was reminiscent to the Bridges of Madison County. I loved it! Be on the look out for the movie this fall featuring Richard Gear and Diane Lane! I can't wait! I will probably re-read or listen to the book before I see the movie or after, to refresh my memory. ...more
