I have got to say when I started reading this book it really dragged on for the first third of the book but after that I was relieved to find I warmed to the story. If you have a romantic nature or wish you had a romantic partner I think you will enjoy this book. It carries on from his previous book "The Notebook" and Noah is back in this book. I loved his character in THe Notebook and he tugged at my heart strings again in this story.This story is about love lost and regained and then cherished ...more

Mr. Sparks does it again! He tricked me, and I love it when an author can trick me into thinking something is true, only to have the rug pulled under my reading eyes!!!!
