I received a pre-release copy of Let Your Mind Run from Deena Kastor. All opinions are my own.

Through the different stages of her life Deena describes the role that both positive and negative thinking had on her running, her life, and her career. My biggest takeaway is the idea that the power of perseverance, and that you must choose to persevere. It’s easy to give up, it’s easy to focus on the negative, but you can train your mind to shift focus.
