A truly refreshing recovery book in that it didn’t go too far down the Jesus path as Shubaly is completely irreligious. A recovering alcoholic and drug addict turns to running after a colleague is attached in the bar he works. A mix of his running journey as well as his twenty year journey through music, alcohol and increasingly hardcore drugs. A quick read. He has a great voice
