I loved this book for a lot of reasons. Probably the major reason is that it was very different to anything I had ever read - which is hard to find.
I love the young adult genre in general, but a lot of YA books avoid tackling issues surrounding sex and drugs. This book certainly does not avoid them! There are some very confronting aspects to this book.
