okay so this book definitely had a "middle book syndrome" problem happening because for most of the book it just felt like conflict fluff between main characters because there needed to be a fourth book before a fifth.
However that ending and climax really was amazing! When we meet Lilith I was like holy shit that is a villain I can love to hate. Valentine i just straight up hated so I'm excited there might be a villain to look forward to.

I enjoyed this book, it was entertaining and although it was slow at points I enjoyed reading and learning more about what was happening with the characters. Admittedly it wasn't my favourite of the series so far, but the ending is setting up for an epic conclusion to the series. ...more

Whoa. This book was so good, I finished it in two days! I couldn't put it down and every time I stopped reading, the only thing I wanted to do was pick up the book and dive into the world again. BUT THAT ENDING NO!!! Can't wait to start the next one!
