I just finished this for the second time as an audiobook and am adding a fifth star! The pain and grief was absolutely all-consuming and even though I had read it before, my heart still shattered and I had to take a little break to pull myself together. The only thing to match and even exceed those very disturbing feelings was the elation and the joy of the resolution. Be still my heart!!! Rarely has a book made such an emotional connection as this one!

It is not always that the excitement that builds when one has a book that they are looking forward to reading for the subject, the author, or because a friend recommended it. It was the author that drew me in, and I held off knowing that I was going to love it, waiting so that I would have it to hide in should I read a variation that was not to my particular tastes, though I hope they are broad enough so that includes few options.
