Parker Shelton has the perfect life with the perfect friends until her mom divorces her dad and announces she's gay. Parker starts to find relationships with boys and ends up "falling in love" with the new and hot baseball coach, Brian. Parker and Brian end up starting a relationship that becomes serious. The relationship ends up in the school superintendents office whenever an old friend of Parkers sees too much.
Stealing Parker had a unique story line in the sense that most high school girls don't tend to start a relationship with an older baseball coach. A positive of the book would be that there are lots of small conflicts that dont necessarily have to be there, but add interest to the book. A negative of the book would be that everything towards the end of the book was very predictable. Stealing Parker was a good book for anybody who likes to read a high school drama-filled book.
