The Boy on the Wooden Box was about a boy of only 12 years old struggling to stay with his family throughout the second World War. Leon, the main character, had to decide whether he should try to stay with his family or focus on how to survive on his own. He struggles to keep his perception of reality and dreams in the camps and ghetto because of how young he was at that time.
