The Fault in Our Stars is about a girl who has lung cancer and a guy who used to have cancer. Hazel Grace hates going to support group, but she meets Augustus Waters and they immediately go on a date. They’re never officially dating in Hazel’s eyes, but in Augustus’s they’re a couple.
