Sometimes it feels like this series has reached cult status. Everyone in the Reverse Harem community is talking about it. At first it didn't really speak to me. I'm not into contemporary in general. I'm even less interested in bully romances. However, I finished the Bonds that Tie and when I was asking for more books breaking my heart and then gluing it together again this book came up. A lot. y’all, this series. I had HP on my tbr for FOREVER, but i’m very hesitant with bully reads because sometimes i just don’t want to hurt. however, i regret every time i chose another book over this series.

I absolutely loved the shit out of this book and this series in general.

Its seriously dark and the darkness only ramps up in the next book's but I kinda love the dark.

So we have a badass heroine called Lips, short for Eclipse who gets in on a scholarship. She's from the slums but this isn't your average poor girl rich guys RH. Lips is something else and she deals with the bullying like a freaking Queen.

Lips is such a fierce heroine & I can't wait to see how she grows and continues to overcome obstacles in the next books. I love high school/college bully books so I was excited to finally start this after it’s been on my TBR list forever. Well…. The story is interesting but apparently it’s a slow burn and when I say slow I mean SLOW! If your looking for some spice don’t read this! The only spice in book one was a kiss. I’m going to continue and hopefully it picks up!
