So I read this book pretty much on its release day and I’ve been debating on whether to post a review or not. I decided to go ahead and write it since I told myself I was going to get better at writing these things.

I absolutely love this series. I want to start off with saying that. It’s a series that got me interested in books about space and also helps with my new addiction to the RH genre.

I love seeing how Teagan has grown into herself since the first book. How she is more confident and more open. However, in this book I feel like she lost a bit of herself. When the idea of multiple husbands was first brought up, she seemed so against it but eventually gave in to it because she needed to. She even added a few more husbands to her harem after some consideration, but when mor suitors were coming after her she devised a plan to hold them off. In Inquisitors I felt like that went out the window. She didn’t even consult with her first husband about the new additions. I know him and Zander basically feel and know everything bad she thinks, but wouldn’t it be considerate to talk to the others about it?

The other thing I couldn’t get my head around was how easily she forgave Eli and the others for what they made her go through with their plan. Was that honestly the only way to draw out their bad guy? Especially when Eli knew what type of life she had lived prior to finding her new one? I don’t think I would have forgiven him, definitely not have married him so soon when he claims to have loved me for several years.

I’m excited to see where the story leads and how Teagan will manage having so many husbands now. I think she is up to 9. That has got to be a handful. This book wasn’t my favorite, but it didn’t put me off from continuing to read. Maybe things will be explained further in the next book or we will see another side to everyone’s romance.

Can’t wait for the next one. I recommend this series for anyone who is thinking about starting it, but has been putting it off. ...more
