80% of the book was page-turning, compelling and 20% of the book, I don't get it why it was that slow, after reading Cassie's POV my mind was like just Kill-me-right-now, maybe it's just me who thought the book was slow at the beginning. Anyways I'm so glad, I picked this book up. I was on the fence about it, but in the end, I'm happy I did! I bought it so I could watch the movie. Now I need to read The Infinite Sea. i was kind of getting tired of fantasy and the only sci fi or alien book I've ever read was alienated and invaded by Melissa landers. this was perfect for my mood. it was so intense Im not used to intense books like this or books where your always questioning yourself and never sure I felt the waves affected me to and made me not trust anyone. No geral gostei deste livro.
Gostei dos personagens mas espero que no segundo livro possa descobrir mais sobre estes.
Conseguimos ver que tudo foi muito bem pensado e toda a explicação dos extraterrestres é muito criativa.
A Cassie é uma personagem forte mas espero que cresça mais nos restantes livro. Também gostei do Evan, apesar de às vezes o achar muito estranho.
Quanto ao Ben ainda não tenho uma opinião formada mas adorei o grupo em que este está inserido.

It was a action-packed book which I really enjoyed reading, but I expected more of this book :/ In my opinion it was also a kind of slow book :/

I really loved the plot twists though, and I am in love with Evan, although he is a bit creepy at times xD

This was the most fast paced action packed book I have read in a while! I’ve always loved alien books and movies. Like the whole alien apocalypse thing always excited and terrified me. This book was so good I did not want to put it down. The characters also really made this book great! I’ve wanted to read this book since it first became popular YEARS ago, but I don’t know I just never got around to it. Until now.
