Read it il LITERALLY one sitting. Like, I stayed seated in the same spot for 6 hours to read this masterpiece.
This book was absolutely perfect. Reread: April 18-24,2016-- So gloriously heart wrenching. So many amazing quotes. And a beautiful story.
A thousand stars! The female protagonist, Shahrzad, was so smart and cunning that I eagerly awaited the times she engaged in a conversation with anyone. She didn't listen to any men and didn't her heart dictate her actions. She kind of reminds me of June from Legend, when it comes to her calculative ways and cautious way of speaking. UPDATE: this was my third time reading this book and honestly I think I loved it the most this time around.
This book was so good! This is a re read for me by the way. This is a story about a young king who marries a wife everyday only to kill each one the next morning.
