I must have been out of my mind when I first gave this book a 3 star rating and focused on the portrayal of women (despite some possibly sexist sections).
Actually I wasn't out of my mind. I was in the first month of a 15-month bout of bed-ridden long-haul COVID with severe brain fog.

This book took the absolute piss out of me and I love it for that. Glad I revisited this one!
